Microscope work involves sustained static postures of the head, neck and body. Adjust your workstation to minimize awkward postures and improve comfort. Risks are
  • Forward bending-strains back musculature
  • Leaning on arms-strains upper shoulders/neck
  • Forearm contact pressure on table top
