Hematology Challenge

Case: 58 years old female from Japan has felt herself very tired for several weeks. She is pale and complaining unconfortable feeling in her stomach. Basic clood count shows anemia (Hb 97 g/L) and low platelets. Blood smear was taken and the findings are in the image.
